“The Heber Valley Special Service District intends to increase user fees and will hold a public hearing on October 28, 2021, at the District Offices at 1000 E Main Street, Midway, UT 84049 at 6:00 pm. The purpose of this hearing will be to hear comments regarding the proposed fee increase. The purpose of this fee is to provide funds to operate and maintain sewer facilities which serve the geographical area served by the district is comprised of Heber City, Midway City and portions of unincorporated Wasatch County, Utah. Information will be available at the District Offices M-F 7:00 am through 3:00 pm.”

The purpose of this hearing will be to hear comments regarding the proposed 2022 Budget. The district is comprised of Heber City, Midway City and portions of unincorporated Wasatch County, Utah. Information will be available at the District Offices M-F 7:00 am through 3:00 pm.”

HEBER VALLEY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICTNOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSIS
HEBER VALLEY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT, located in Wasatch County, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and written Impact Fee Analysis for sewer treatment and therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided to you of the intent of Heber Valley Special Service District to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Written Analysis. The proposed capital facilities will be located in the District’s service area. The geographical area served by the District is comprised of Heber City, Midway City and portions of unincorporated Wasatch County, Utah. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and used to offset the cost of capital facilities to serve new development. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in preparing the impact fee facilities plan or written analysis of proposed impact fees. The purpose of this hearing will be to hear comments regarding the proposed fee increase. The proposed impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development within the geographical area served by the district which is comprised of Heber City, Midway City and portions of unincorporated Wasatch County, Utah, and used to offset the cost of capital facilities to serve new development. The purpose of this hearing will be to hear comments regarding the proposed 2021 Financial Plan. The proposed plan to be considered will be to guide the district’s financial needs to serve the geographical area served by the district which is comprised of Heber City, Midway City and portions of unincorporated Wasatch County, Utah. Information will be available at the District Offices M-F 7:00 am through 3:00 pm.”
